1 1/2 t Lemon Juice, 93ml Milk. Mix, and leave 5min to thicken. |

235ml Milk, 1 T Lemon Juice. Mix, and leave 5min to thicken. |
| Crème Fraîche (1 C) |
1/2 C Double Cream, 1/2 C Greek Yogurt. Whip Cream until thickened a little, then add Yogurt, and stir until combined. |

97g Unsalted Butter, 1/2 t (3g) Salt. |

95g Plain Flour, 1 1/2 t Baking Powder, 1/3 t Salt. |
