Cook Time: 6-8 min per

Servings: Coats 2-3 small fish

  • 100g Flour
  • 125ml Water
  • 2 t Baking Powder
  • 1 t Oil
  • 1/2 t Salt
Combine all ingredients in a Medium Bowl.

Whisk until frothy, cover and refrigerate 30min

Fold froth into mix.

Coat and fry dipping ingredients while batter still cool.

  • Oil, for frying
Deep fry battered ingredients in Oil, 190 for 3-4min per side.

Variations

Beer Batter: 100g Plain Flour. 100ml Beer. 1 Egg. ¼ t Baking Soda. 1 t Salt. ½ t Black Pepper, ground.
