Pancakes (American)

Servings: 8-12 Pancakes

  • 1 1/2 C Flour
  • 1 T + 1/2 t Baking Powder
  • 1 T White Sugar
  • 1 t Salt
Combine Flour, Baking Powder, Sugar, Salt in a Medium Bowl.
  • 1 1/4 C Milk
  • 1 Egg
  • 3 T Butter, melted
Add Milk, Egg, Butter to Flour mix, and whisk until homogeneous.

Refrigerate batter 30min.

  • Oil, for frying
Heat pan medium-high, heat a little oil.

Ladle a little mixture into pan (1/2 C for large, 1/3 C for small).

Cook until little bubbles appear on surface, flip, and cook 2min.

Pancakes should be light brown on both sides.
