Combine Flour, Baking Powder, Sugar, Salt in a Medium Bowl. |

Refrigerate batter 30min. |

Heat pan medium-high, heat a little oil.
Ladle a little mixture into pan (1/2 C for large, 1/3 C for small). Cook until little bubbles appear on surface, flip, and cook 2min. Pancakes should be light brown on both sides. |
